Returns

Our policy is valid until 30 days have passed since your purchase. After that period of time, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, without any damage to the packaging, and include the header card and twin tags attached for a helmet.

If you would like to return or exchange your item the postage cost is at the customer’s expense, both to return or exchange. As exchanging a product is legally defined as a change of mind, we are not obligated to honour a request if we believe it is unreasonable.

To process your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your product was purchased from our online store, please send an email to us at info@biked.com.au, and provide us with your order number and a clear and detailed explanation on why you would like to return your product. A refund may not be processed if no explanation is given. If the price of the items you want to exchange it for is greater than the one purchased, a payment for the difference may be required.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@biked.com.au, and we would be happy to process a warranty claim for you. For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, We will cover the original and return shipping fees with our supplied return label only.

Refunds

Partial refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted – a partial refund will be offered for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, or for reasons not due to our error.

Full refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We can arrange for one of our couriers to collect your item to return to us. This option will still incur a shipping fee appropriate to the size of the product, and you will need to contact us via email to select this option.
