Weekly Membership

With our cutting-edge, completely secure online direct debit system, we establish a weekly amount to be withdrawn from your savings account. Every week, on the same day, $49 will be deducted until you instruct us to discontinue the process.*

Servicing & Breakdowns

Our mission is to ensure you keep moving smoothly, so we will maintain your bike just as we do for our local customers. However, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement tubes or any damages that are considered the rider's fault. We pride ourselves on being transparent and fair in our approach.

Time to Move on?

When it's time to move on, please provide us with a notice of seven business days to cancel your direct debit. We will arrange a convenient time and place to collect the bike, allowing you to embark on your next adventure.

What else should I know about your bike memberships?

What's the minimum hire time?

Our minimum hire period for a bike is 28 days.

The minimum rental period covers the incredible cheap rate we are able to offer you.

What bike will I get?

Our main focus is to get you on a bike that fits you, for comfort and safety. We will get you to confirm your height to ensure you are delivered the correct bike.

Our fleet varies from cruisers to hybrids, the bike you get will depend on availability in the fleet when you join your membership.

What identification do I need to sign up?

To set up the membership, we will need a copy of your passport, we keep this on file until the bike is returned to us (we then destroy the copy). This is to alleviate those cheeky riders who shoot through and decide to either steal the bike or not pay, we are sure that this isn't you.

What sort of account can you debit from?

We can debit from a savings or a credit account, we use Stripe Payment Gateway to store your details. Stripe is certified as PCI DSS Level 1, SOC 1, and SOC 2 compliant, which indicates demonstrating adherence to the highest industry standards. It also conforms to GDPR for data protection and ensures safe international data transfers using SCCs.

Will you contact me to get the details of my account for debiting?

Yes, our staff will send through an authority to direct debit. This will need to be completed prior to us delivering the bike to you. This is the point where we also grab a copy of your passport, which will match your bank account.

Your first initial payment will be made online for $48.65, we will then continue to debit this amount weekly.

What happens if the bike breaks down?

Our bikes are serviced by our in house mechanics, we will ensure they are delivered to you in ship shape condition.

If the bike encounters any mechanic issues which we feel are due to neglect or misuse, you will need to pay for those to be fixed. These repairs may include but not limited to:

Broken Chains, Broken derailleurs, broken brake levers - These all occur by user error.

Flat Tyres - you will need to pay for replacement tubes, if you can't change a tyre yourself, that is fine we can do it, but you need to pay for the tube replacement as well as the labour for us to do it.

Any other servicing issues we will cover, so in other words look after the bike and we will take care of tthe rest.

My bike has been stolen, what do I do?

The first thing you will need to do is report it to the police. Take pictures of your surrounds and note any info you can in regards to the theft.

The best way to make sure this doesn't happen is to make sure that you lock the bike up with a super sturdy lock, a chain lock is best, you can hire one from us for a couple of dollars a week. Also don't make the bike a temptation to thieves, if it's too hard to steal it they won't bother! So don't leave it out in a position day or night where it can be stolen.

Bikes will attract a $350 replacement fee if they are stolen, whether it be stolen parts off the bike, or the complete bike.

My account payment was declined

If your bank account doesn't have enough funds for you weekly membership on the day the payment is due, we will attempt to deduct two more times. If we still cant deduct your membership, we will attempt to get in contact with you, if we don't hear from you, we will come and collect the bike (we track the bikes) and we will report you to authorities.

How do I cancel the membership?

You need to give us 7 days notice via email (writing) and you must have completed the initial 28 days hire period.

We will then cancel the direct debit and organise to collect the bike from your accomodation.

I need to leave Cairns tomorrow, can I have a refund for the days I've paid for?

Unfortunately we cant refund days, you pay in advance for a reason, it allows us to get bikes to other visitors, this way people dont miss out on bikes.

My friend wants to take over my membership, can they do that?

We don't allow memberships to be taken over, as you have signed the waiver & indemnity for your particular bike, we would need to have that bike returned to service and safety check it prior to anyone else riding it. We can help your friend get their own allocated bike.
